The asset of Ishikawa Shoko, Soka Factory, machines there and unique products will be explained on this page. In our sewing factory of Soka, various products are manufactured from small emergency bag to air dome. German made large sewing machine imported in late 1960's. Once we connected 3 of them with chain and used them as 6 needle machine. Able to sew up to 20 mm thick. |

No machine can sew canvas like Singer Machine does. We imported it in late 1960's as Adler 2 needle machine. Able to sew with thick #00 thread easily. |
Latest Seiko 2 Needle Machine for Thick, with Roller

Seiko is the best for domestic machine for the thick. Roller guide for thick material is attached. Other than this, we use high cycle machine, ultra sound machine and others, depending upon the technique. |
Skill to Sew Lead Wool
We also sew the "lead wool sheet" which is 20 mm thick lead wool covered with 1 mm canvas, used to prevent radioactivity leak. A standard skill can hardly sew 20 mm thick wool, while we made it possible with the Adler 2 Needle Machine.
